Market is changing, more modifications being completed. Inventory down a bit. Foreclosures still looming. Short Sales hot, but traditional sales coming back, Reduction in lender owned sales. On the commercial front, sales still in question, we need financing. Watch for seller carryback properties as they are out there. Commercial leasing should be active due to tenants downsizing and looking for less expensive space. New home sales picking up and expected to even get better.
